An-nyong ha sa yor~
Arh my second post today! I must be real bored man.
Anyway I am craving for korea food now! Actually korea cuisine is really a love-hate type. First you detest the smell, the 2nd you go, you feel like trying it again. And the 3rd time, you find it weird if it does not have that taste which you detest in the first place, and when that happens, you know you are in love with KOREA CUISINE!!!

My favourite consists of the cold noodle, yuejaejung(spicy meat soup), bimbimbab(stone pot rice), Spicy Rice Cake, Kimuchi, glass noodle, bbq...OMG!! 1 very special korea dish that I hav ever tasted is the RAW BEEF. Let me give you a rough idea how it looks like since I do not have the photo to show you. maybe I should take a nice shot of it sometimes and post it.

Can you picture streaks of pinky raw beef with an egg yolk on top. Laying the plate is freshly sliced pears. You mix everything together and eat. Yes it's cold, but the texture is totally out of your expectation! I know raw meat must have sound quite scary but not this one. Trust me. Because I backed off for the first time too. Unfortunately, you cant really find it in many places.

As to where my favourite ( also Tin-ge's fav) are:
1) HAN KA RAM (heerens Level 5)
What's nicest here is the most important dish in korea cuisine - KIMCHI. Madam makes them all by herself.

2) Suntec Top Level (Same level as Sky garden)
Cheap and value for $$ buffet rates during weekdays - reasonably nice food but not everything.

Most important thing when it comes to grading our favourite is whether the food is authentic enough. I cannot stand Korea food with local ingredients that is crucial to the dish's performance. Been to a few really bad ones. Terrible memory.

I strongly recommend Korea Food because you can find a lot of veges inside the dishes. Quite healthy for those who are conscious of their own diet. During the meal, it's best to drink some traditional rice tea (this also has a smell and taste that might be unacceptable for some ppl in the beginning). The suntec korea rest (forgot the name) also serves fruits and a special ginger-cinnamon tea after your meal and it basically rounds up everything and you will go home with a big smile!!! Like how I always feel! Yea~
