| 前天起大早，和丁哥到 Pasir Ris Park 跑步。第一次一起跑步，感觉还不错。久久没运动的我果然一下子就喘起气来了！哈哈。每想到我们俩才跑了一圈，就停下来吃起早餐来了！我的妈呀！刚跑的都白费了。接下来我们组了脚车，绕了公园几圈后，又开始闷了。归还脚车后，又买了风筝。说起着风筝，根本称不上是风筝嘛！试了老半天，它顶多飞过我头顶那么高而已！ 我可不是大便不出骂地硬哦，是风筝的问题好不好！总之太扫兴了。更衰的是，还中了一个罚单。 *&#*^!@(&%&#!(% 不过我还是挺享受那一天的。。。 Recently I have been listening to BEP's "Monkey Business". A good deal of songs that can bring on the mood. A good choice for drivers when they are driving. "Pump It" can definitely do the thing man! And their MV is cool too. Another favourite is "My Hump". Naughty. |
《守株待兔》 - is a book that I am currently reading. It talks about the author's growth and understanding of Chinese culture. It is interesting to read about how Adeline Yen Mah compares the culture from the east and the west from the religions till the food they eat. Throughout the book she has 2 main parts; one talks about her understanding of chinese history which can be a bit boring sometimes, whereas the other part talks about her own life and experiences to the related theme. I prefer the latter, and I think that's why I prefer her "Falling Leaves" than "Watching the Tree". The author's tragical childhood attracts me to want to read more about it everyday. |
| Today is the birthday （生日） of Fly Cookie Mee. Worth celebrating! Used to write my blogs in friendster blog but could not really express myself that well because they can't input chinese characters! Therefore I decided that I should try other providers (do you call it providers?). This feeling is like a young man who used to work for a company and eventually, he steps out and start his own company. 太好了！我爱华文华语! In case you peeps are wondering what my blog name means, the concept actually goes like this: The fly, the cookie and the mee = Everything and anything goes in there! One similarity if you notice, these 3 are all edible! (yucks the fly) Yes I am a food-lover. (Ok la actually "cookie" means dog, not the cookie you eat.) |
